Description :James Dorey is a Lecturer in Biological Sciences at the University of Wollongong who has always combined his passions for both science and photography. He has often found that the two are extremely complimentary with his photography integrated into his scientific publications, science communication, and even forming the basis for new discoveries. James focusses primarily on native bees and uses extreme macro techniques to showcase these animals in literally larger-than-life scales. What better way to get people excited about creepy crawlies that they can barely see?
